Natural efforts have no side effects and minimize injury to joints. Your muscles are built gradually so that your joints have the ability to progress in strength as the muscles progress. When you go natural, the effects are lasting, compared to steroid-based muscle growth. The positive sense of satisfaction with your own efforts is another benefit, which offers you greater confidence in seeing your work pay off.
